Very bad service in Ibiza from OK rent a car

Very under staffed, Had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle at the airport, then in their office I took a ticket and waited another 90 minutes before being served. Then another 20 minutes before the car was brought round. Only 3 staff to cope with dozens of clients. I did not nget the car ordered and it was quite badly damaged. Will never use them again.

badly run and totally unacceptable treatment of clients. God knows what happens in high season.
