I got scammed more than €300

Opinión sobre Holiday Cars

They have my money and they are not giving it back.
I explain my situation with a car reservation I had with them:
Some days ago I was supossed to take a rental car in an airport of Italy (I am from another country) at 10pm.
My plane arrived before 9:40pm so at that time I started calling the local enterprise (Surprice) in charge of the car from HolidayCars. After some rejected calls, the company finally answered me that the company was closed!
I could not manage a way to get my car that I had already paid for it. I was in another country and with the extreme need to go to another part more than one hour far to go to the hotel and I did not have that chance that I paid for it.
Finally I could manage to deal with another enterprise, which cost me €301,85 extra. They didn't give me back the money to reserve the car with them neither the difference from their cost (€34,47) to more than €300. So I lost my time, I had a bad experience and I lost almost €300 for their fault.

And THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER to directly contact them!
And after 2 emails, they told me that our conversation was finished ("This will be our final email regarding this subject since we won't be able to change the decision on this matter.")

My worst experience this year.
